Transformation objective:
A gifting company wanted to integrate Ecommerce into its strategy. The main challenge would be to validate the relevant business model to turn the online channel into a revenue driver for retailers and partners.
Key actions:
We were hired by a Digital agency to provide support on the business-centric part of the project. We focused on the back-office management process to create (1) a seamless click & collect model and (2) a subscription based offering to improve the purchasing frequency.
