Transformation objective:
The client, a FMCG company, wanted to create a CRM program to increase its CLV and engage deeper with its selective distribution channel on a worldwide scale.
Key actions:
We were hired by a Marketing agency to support them with the creation and deployment process for the loyalty program. The project scope includes the analysis of the cost structure, the required data analysis structure, and the implementation process at the global scale.
