Transformation objective:
A global company wanted to launch its online bank offering with a major focus on efficiency vs. mass communication. This situation required to build a scorecard able to calculate and recommend the best course of actions depending on the results of the previous campaigns.
Key actions:
We were hired by a Marketing agency to create the scorecard as well as its day-to-day management to provide recommendations based on the acquisition channel relative performance. Once implemented, we manage to decrease and stabilize the acquisition costs below the expected level.
