New distribution model

Transformation objective:
A worldwide leader in the beauty care industry wanted to explore the potential of turning an old fashioned distribution model into a high growth lever thanks to the digital capabilities, including Ecommerce.
Key actions:
We calculated the project NPV to identify the key issues and challenges both based on the countries specificities and the local partners capabilities. We then worked with companies currently operating there to identify operations management potential road blockers to fine tune the calculation and craft an implementation process that would facilitate the deployment of the service, in that pilot country and worldwide.
